Birmingham Sees Biggest Serviced Office Letting Yet

Birmingham has just witnessed what is thought to be the region's biggest serviced office letting yet, with the news that property consultants EC Harris are moving into serviced office space run by TargetSpace in the city's landmark building - Baskerville House.

EC Harris are reported to be renting 14,000 Sq Ft of serviced office space in the deal, which goes to show that serviced offices can represent an excellent solution for businesses of any size.
