The great thing about a serviced office is that they usually come fully furnished, which is a real bonus. In my last conventional office space, when I turned up there was some ropey old furniture that the last tenant had left. Previously, when taking serviced office space, if you wanted internet access you really had to use whatever service the business centre was supplying.
