It's worth bearing in mind that you should never need more than one internet connection, because you can use a broadband router to network your own PCs in your office and share one internet connection.

Being aware of this before signing up to an internet package at your serviced office could help save you money.

Please note, what's needed is not an "ADSL Router" but what is typically called a broadband router or cable router because it takes an RJ45 input for its internet source.

Avanta Launches First City Business Centre

Avanta has opened its first serviced office facility in the City of London, bringing its total number of UK serviced office centres to eleven. The new business centre at 23 Austin Friars, London EC2A, offers all the usual top class facilities and shares an address with firms like Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and BP.

Birmingham Sees Biggest Serviced Office Letting Yet

Birmingham has just witnessed what is thought to be the region's biggest serviced office letting yet, with the news that property consultants EC Harris are moving into serviced office space run by TargetSpace in the city's landmark building - Baskerville House.

EC Harris are reported to be renting 14,000 Sq Ft of serviced office space in the deal, which goes to show that serviced offices can represent an excellent solution for businesses of any size.
